What you will do

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns supporting new systems, cross-sell, retention, and migration goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, content, etc.) to develop marketing assets and ensure timely campaign deliverables.
• Set up, test, and deploy marketing campaigns using tools like Marketo and Salesforce.
• Monitor live campaign performance, pull data, track KPIs, and flag areas for optimization.
• Support marketing webinars, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads by organizing logistics.
• Help maintain content and campaigns within marketing systems such as Pathfactory and Craft CMS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing or internship experience in a marketing function
• Familiarity with digital marketing tactics such as email, social media, or paid search.
• Understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms (experience with Marketo and Salesforce a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, project coordination, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, remote-first work environment.
