What you will do
- Develop and translate UK business strategy into effective B2B marketing campaign plans.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, on-site merchandising, direct mail, paid display, and social media.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance utilizing marketing automation tools and data analytics.
- Analyze marketing data, conduct A/B testing, and report results and data-driven decisions to stakeholders.
- Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver personalized messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably at a small/medium tech company.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Looker, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
- Ability to write and edit compelling marketing campaign copy.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a hybrid office environment in Dublin, Ireland, or be based in the UK and willing to travel to Dublin frequently.
