What you will do
- Position, negotiate, and close new logo and expansion business ($50-$500K ACV) in North America
- Develop account strategies, manage pipelines, and meet quarterly and annual sales goals
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams
- Manage RFI/RFQ requests and refine the land-and-expand sales model
- Develop proposals, position pricing structures, and negotiate contracts efficiently
Requirements
- Must be based in a state where hirify.global is registered to do business
- 4+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with 2+ years in a closing role and quota carrying
- Experience selling enterprise-level, multi-product, or technical SaaS/PaaS platforms
- Proven ability to sell $100k+ transactions engaging VP and C-level executives
- Strong hunter mentality with experience generating new pipeline and closing deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; willingness to travel up to 25%
