Salary: $183,000 - $247,000 (California range)

What you will do

  • Position, negotiate, and close new logo and expansion business ($50-$500K ACV) in North America
  • Develop account strategies, manage pipelines, and meet quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams
  • Manage RFI/RFQ requests and refine the land-and-expand sales model
  • Develop proposals, position pricing structures, and negotiate contracts efficiently

Requirements

  • Must be based in a state where hirify.global is registered to do business
  • 4+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with 2+ years in a closing role and quota carrying
  • Experience selling enterprise-level, multi-product, or technical SaaS/PaaS platforms
  • Proven ability to sell $100k+ transactions engaging VP and C-level executives
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience generating new pipeline and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; willingness to travel up to 25%
