What you will do

  • Establish and maintain strong VP/C-suite relationships to guide strategic direction and secure executive buy-in.
  • Create and execute account plans to increase revenue through multi-unit adoption and new product lines.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and executive readouts to demonstrate value and identify future opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts aligned with customer and company goals.
  • Provide consultative guidance using data insights to improve client operational efficiency and ROI.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work expected in San Francisco, CA hub (2-3 days/week, increasing to 3 days in 2026)
  • 10+ years of experience managing large enterprise accounts with complex organizational structures
  • Proven success in closing new business lines and exceeding revenue targets in global accounts
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple large accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
