Location: Hybrid, based out of Nashville.

Salary: $120,000–$151,000 annually OTE

What you will do

  • Source and close net new customer accounts within a given territory.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors.
  • Research and understand customer business objectives to perform value-driven sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward and ensure customer success.
  • Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metric-based approach.
  • Create ROI and business justification reports based on data.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of being a top performer.
  • Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product.
  • Previous experience building relationships and selling face-to-face to C-level executives.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Knowledge of best of breed softwares and a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics.

Nice to have

  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, MEDDPIC and Challenger methodologies.
