What you will do
- Close warm leads by converting parents into paying customers through consultative phone sales.
- Pitch tailored tutoring packages by understanding family needs and matching them with the right solution.
- Own and manage your sales pipeline, including follow-ups, objection handling, and driving deals to completion.
- Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly lead conversion goals to maximize commission earnings.
- Act as the voice of hirify.global, building trust with families and demonstrating educational outcomes.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the UK or US market, is required.
- Strong phone-based sales skills.
- English proficiency: C1/C2 required.
- Proven track record of closing deals, not just handling inbound inquiries.
- Reliable home office setup including a computer (8GB+ RAM), headset with mic, and stable wired internet.
