What you will do

• Lead and execute diverse design projects across web, social, and direct response advertising, maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, motion designers, and product designers to develop impactful creative ideas.
• Create and deliver top-tier designs extensively in Figma, from initial concept through to production.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to explore new creative possibilities and enhance design workflows.
• Translate complex concepts into simple, visually compelling designs, pushing the limits of visual storytelling and branding.
• Develop compelling creative assets for B2B marketing campaigns, ensuring they not only look great but also convert.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in brand design, ideally within an in-house B2B marketing team or an agency with B2B customers.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a deep understanding of its features and best practices.
• Experience with Generative AI tools and a passion for exploring their creative potential.
• Outstanding portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, from brand systems to direct response campaigns.
• Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate strategic goals into innovative visual work.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a very fast-paced environment.
