What you will do
- Own executive relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders, leading strategic discussions and steering committees
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies to drive AI adoption and commercial growth
- Partner with product and clinical teams to co-develop and scale AI use cases
- Lead cross-functional collaboration for onboarding, issue resolution, and practice activation
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI and workflow transformation at industry events
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years experience in enterprise account leadership or strategic partnerships, ideally in AI, health tech, or SaaS
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts, preferably DSOs or healthcare systems
- Comfortable owning C-suite relationships and leading high-stakes executive discussions
- Proven track record in commercial negotiations and multi-year contract cycles
- Strong communication, financial, analytical, and operational skills
- Ability to build structure and enablement programs in high-growth environments
