What you will do
- Lead full sales cycle from discovery to closing, managing inbound leads and maintaining pipeline growth.
- Conduct multiple discovery calls and meetings weekly, generating qualified opportunities and closing deals.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas and manage schedule balancing research, demos, and follow-ups.
- Build strategic relationships with client stakeholders and provide accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Contribute ideas aligned with company culture and engage in a diverse, high-performing team environment.
Requirements
- Must work onsite in Austin WeWork space 3x per week
- 1-5 years experience in high-volume inbound sales, 1+ years closing SaaS or tech sales.
- Proven top performer with strong consultative selling and communication skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven environment with history of exceeding goals.
- Agile learner, coachable, and collaborative with growth mindset.
- English proficiency at least B2 (job posted in English)
