What you will do

• Shape and drive the organization's transformation agenda within GBM Engineering.
• Develop robust strategies and translate complex insights into compelling narratives.
• Foster collaboration across diverse global and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
• Drive transformational change within the Global Banking & Markets Division.
• Create compelling presentations and design insightful data visualizations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a strategy, management consulting, or an internal strategic planning role within financial services or technology.
• Experience working in a global environment across a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex, and time-sensitive strategic projects concurrently.
