What you will do

• Design, support, and drive ongoing strategies for corporate growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Units to translate strategies into targeted actions and programs.
• Formulate and advance ongoing strategy and planning for opportunities at the BU level.
• Identify and drive key critical initiatives supporting growth, including potential acquisitions.
• Execute strategies that grow revenue through acquisitions and partnerships.
• Build and maintain broad-based relationships with executive teams and industry networks.
• Drive annual strategy cadences and engage executive team and the Board of Directors on strategy.

Requirements

• Excellent academic background with an undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
• Over 1.5 years of strategy management consulting experience from a top-tier firm or strategy practice serving financial services/technology.
• Experience in a fast-paced setting with the ability to drive initiatives hands-on.
• Experience working in a large, complex, global organization.
• Highly analytical and proficient with analysis/modeling, and advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Position is based in NYC with travel to hirify.global offices in the NYC metropolitan area.
