What you will do

• Develop and execute the internal service enablement strategy for the tax/CPA organization.
• Design and build scalable processes and frameworks that support team growth and delivery excellence.
• Lead cross-functional operational projects, including structural redesigns, M&A integrations, and system/tool rollouts.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on internal team performance, identify root-cause issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a high-quality internal culture of enablement, development, and operational excellence for the tax/CPA team.

Requirements

• Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in operations, enablement, process design, or organizational development, ideally within a professional services or tech environment.
• Proven track record of building or scaling operations functions (e.g., onboarding, training, process frameworks, integrations).
• Strong project leadership experience, including complex organizational projects (e.g., M&A or major structural/process changes).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work across teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive change.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to go beyond process design and lead implementation.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment where building from the ground up is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience in finance/fintech or tax.
