• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deliver key automation initiatives.
• Define and influence engineering solutions and program roadmaps.
• Build and manage program plans and track progress using Jira dashboards.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
• Resolve technical impediments through data-driven analysis.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Bellevue, Washington, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of technical program management experience with large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and program management tools.
• Strong understanding of technology architecture and software development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
