What you will do
- Lead execution of the Summer Internship Program, including speaker series, onboarding, and event planning.
- Support full-cycle recruiting for the Customer Experience team and design non-technical intern recruiting and conversion processes.
- Support execution of APM and New Grad programming, including events and ongoing engagement.
- Plan and host major recruiting events such as open houses and campus activations.
- Execute engagement strategies for accepted interns and new grads via various communication channels.
- Drive cross-functional coordination for program logistics, virtual events, and office experiences across multiple locations.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in early talent recruiting and university programs.
- Experience supporting the planning and execution of large-scale events.
- Strong organizational and operational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging executive stakeholders and early-career candidates.
- Proven ability to build scalable workflows, processes, and systems.
- Must be based in the Menlo Park, CA office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
