Location: Hybrid in New York City (US) or Toronto (Canada), with flexibility to attend the office 2x/week.

Salary: $145,000 - 200,000 USD (for New York City); $145,000 – 190,000 CAD (for Toronto).

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert on Middle & Back Office workflows in the Americas markets across all asset classes.
• Hold regular meetings with prospects and clients to understand their technology and how to leverage available functionality.
• Prepare and deliver detailed hirify.global One software demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to clients and prospects.
• Coordinate and respond to prospective client RFIs (request for information) and RFPs (request for proposal).
• Work with the Sales team to manage and moderate hirify.global One workshops.
• Contribute to building local and global demonstration databases for various client verticals.

Requirements

• University degree in business or technology.
• 5-7+ years experience in investment management within the Financial Services Industry.
• Strong domain knowledge within Middle and Back Office (Investment Accounting (ABOR) and Investment Book of Record (IBOR)).
• Excellent presentation and communication (both written and oral) skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Flexibility to attend hirify.global office 2x/week as per hybrid policy in New York City or Toronto.
