What you will do

• Accelerate revenue growth and maintain strategic relationships for the FTSE Russell Index franchise.
• Engage clients and distribution partners, ensuring alignment with the sales team.
• Champion the MSCI index brand and represent it at industry events.
• Identify high-value partners and negotiate contracts aligned with commercial policy.
• Foster collaboration across clients and asset classes to deepen partnerships.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for initiatives.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on data.
• Deep understanding of the Index product landscape and key players across the buyside and service providers.
• Understanding of benchmarks and how they fit into the investment process, particularly within Asset Management and Wealth Management.
• Proven experience in sales and relationship management, ideally in index.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a large and complex global organization.
• Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
