Salary: $145,000 - $192,500

What you will do

• Partner with sales executives and own all technical aspects of prospective client engagements.
• Lead technical discovery calls to capture requirements and design solutions tailored to client needs.
• Explain and demonstrate hirify.global's products to craft solutions and navigate potential product gaps.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize high-impact feature requests and provide market feedback.
• Build and maintain internal and external knowledge bases for current and future products, including Web3 advancements.
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders as a subject matter expert in various blockchain ecosystems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Product Manager at a B2B SaaS organization.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills at multiple organizational levels.
• Successful track record of scoping, designing, and validating technical solutions for large enterprise organizations.
• Hands-on experience testing APIs, querying databases, drafting technical flow charts, and using developer tools.
• Experience working with developers on implementing, integrating, and building SaaS-based products.
• Strong interest in blockchain solutions and, preferably, a background in Fintech.
• Occasional travel will be required.
