FP&A Sales Engineer (Fintech)

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year base salary, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Engage with prospects to identify broken financial processes and problems.
• Develop function-specific solutions, demos, and Proof of Concept (POC) models.
• Act as a subject matter expert to facilitate the adoption of the Bob Finance platform.
• Cross-train teammates on solution expertise and help craft sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders during the sales cycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Investment Banking or 4+ years in Corporate FP&A/Finance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
• Pre-sales or consulting experience, ideally within the cloud-based FP&A and planning space.
• Experience in a startup environment.
