Location: Hybrid remote in USA (2 days office, 3 days remote weekly)

What you will do
- Represent hirify.global Cognigy and generate new ARR.
- Achieve ARR & ACV booking targets.
- Close deals directly and via the partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline.
- Run full sales cycles from account planning to close for large enterprise deals.
- Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs.
Requirements
- Proven track record in selling SaaS or Technology (UCaaS, CCaaS, AI).
- Hunter mentality with strong sales cycle navigation, especially with SVP/C-Level management.
- Ability to create complex deal structures and communicate ROIs.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and professional communication skills.
- Capable of independent sales cycle management while leveraging internal resources and partner channels.
