What you will do

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, HRBPs, and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source and engage passive talent for EMEA leadership roles, particularly Director level positions.
• Utilize advanced search techniques (Boolean logic, X-ray searching, data mining) and experiment with new sourcing methods.
• Build and nurture talent pools for critical and recurring roles.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis, sharing actionable insights on talent and compensation trends.
• Track and analyze sourcing performance metrics to continually refine strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Level 8 degree and minimum of 4 years relevant talent sourcing experience, or advanced degree with minimum 2 years experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing through multiple channels and experimenting with new tools.
• Experience sourcing Director level roles and polished stakeholder management skills with Senior Leadership.
• Work arrangement is hybrid in Galway, County Galway, Ireland.
