What you will do

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, HRBPs, and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source passive talent using advanced search techniques across diverse platforms.
• Build and nurture talent pools for critical and recurring roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis, providing actionable insights on talent availability and compensation.
• Leverage sourcing platforms, CRM systems, and ATS (Workday) to manage talent pipelines efficiently.
• Serve as a hirify.global brand ambassador, crafting engaging and memorable candidate experiences.
• Track and analyze sourcing performance metrics, using data insights to continually refine and improve strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Level 8 degree and minimum of 4 years relevant talent sourcing experience, or advanced degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing through multiple channels, with a passion for experimenting with new tools and approaches.
• Experience sourcing Director level roles and polished stakeholder management skills with Senior Leadership.
• English: B2 required.
• Work from Ireland with flexible arrangements.
