What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of remote recruiters and sourcing professionals.
• Partner with business leaders to design recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Build strong talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for high-volume and niche roles.
• Leverage data and analytics to monitor recruiting strategy outcomes and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 3+ years managing a recruiting team.
• Demonstrated success leading remote, high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and recruiting analytics.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• This role is remote and can be hired anywhere in the continental US.

Nice to have

• Experience managing a sourcing function.
• Experience supporting corporate functions like Legal, Finance, Intern programs, or Call Center Operations.
• iCIMS and Workday experience.
