What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for selected Go-To-Market roles, including Sales, Account Management, and Client Success.
- Flex between owning searches outright and supporting other recruiters with sourcing or screening.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for newly evolving commercial roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and GTM leaders to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience with timely and transparent communication.
- Use market insights and data to inform search strategies and influence hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Experienced GTM recruiter with full-cycle expertise hiring across Sales, Account Management, Sales Ops, and Client Success roles.
- 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting for finance, fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth tech companies.
- Comfortable recruiting for complex and high-context roles.
- Strong communicator who can influence and partner effectively with senior leaders.
- Passionate about employer branding, candidate experience, and telling hirify.global’s story.
- Highly proactive, organized, resourceful, analytical, and data-informed.
