What you will do
- Engage with customers to resolve support tickets and troubleshoot issues.
- Craft clear, tailored communications to assist customers.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve team solutions and processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and available to work weekends and holidays semi-regularly.
- 1+ year of relevant customer support experience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills for complex problem explanation.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and prompt development.
- Strong commitment to customer experience and continuous learning.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or payments businesses.
- Experience with data analytics tools for troubleshooting.
- Multilingual skills.
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
