• Provide exceptional customer support via emails

• Communicate with developers and other IT departments

Requirements

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for spoken and written)
• 6–12 months experience in customer support
• Experience with Zendesk
• KPI-driven mindset with performance track record
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Personal laptop with minimum 8GB RAM and stable internet connection
