What you will do
- Provide high-quality technical support via email, chat, phone, and outbound calls to customers.
- Identify and report on support trends and educate customers on best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and product quality.
- Manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Use software tools including hirify.global, GSuite, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and Twilio daily.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA, USA (hybrid role)
- 1-3+ years technical support experience supporting SaaS platforms or related degree.
- Strong customer empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, Exchange, and SaaS product support.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting enterprise customers.
- Salesforce admin skills.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
