Location: Hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite in Atlanta, GA, USA

Salary: $54,000 - $79,000 USD per year

What you will do

  • Provide high-quality technical support via email, chat, phone, and outbound calls to customers.
  • Identify and report on support trends and educate customers on best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and product quality.
  • Manage priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use software tools including hirify.global, GSuite, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and Twilio daily.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA, USA (hybrid role)
  • 1-3+ years technical support experience supporting SaaS platforms or related degree.
  • Strong customer empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, Exchange, and SaaS product support.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting enterprise customers.
  • Salesforce admin skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
