What you will do
- Become an expert user of hirify.global software and stay updated on new features
- Handle inbound and outbound support issues via email and phone
- Provide exceptional, personalized technical support and problem solving for clients
- Communicate across teams to ensure client needs are met and provide feedback to product team
- Contribute to help documentation and improve standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Commitment to delivering best-in-class customer and technical support
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Shift flexibility with five 8-hour shifts per week, Monday through Sunday
- Patient, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to problem solve
