What you will do

• Consult with hiring managers and business leaders on talent needs and market opportunities.
• Analyze data and trends to develop and implement effective hiring plans.
• Attract candidates through storytelling, community outreach, and strategic networking.
• Lead candidate screening and assessment, coaching stakeholders on evaluation frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and maintain accurate candidate documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
• 4+ years experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with ATS systems and full lifecycle recruitment including technical recruiting.
• Strong communication, influencing, and execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with iCIMS, candidate assessments, and recruiting senior engineering or AI talent.
• Experience improving hiring practices and candidate/hiring manager experiences.
