What you will do
- Consult with hiring managers and business leaders on talent needs and market opportunities.
- Analyze data and trends to develop and implement effective hiring plans.
- Attract candidates through storytelling, community outreach, and strategic networking.
- Lead candidate screening and assessment, coaching stakeholders on evaluation frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and maintain accurate candidate documentation.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
- 4+ years experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with ATS systems and full lifecycle recruitment including technical recruiting.
- Strong communication, influencing, and execution skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with iCIMS, candidate assessments, and recruiting senior engineering or AI talent.
- Experience improving hiring practices and candidate/hiring manager experiences.
