What you will do
- Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring an outstanding experience.
- Act as the primary communication liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Own and drive projects to optimize hiring processes and candidate experience.
- Ensure prompt responses to scheduling changes through effective communication.
- Report and track daily recruiting events and objectives to identify inefficiencies.
- Screen, import, organize, and route applicants within appropriate systems.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of recruiting coordination or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to adhere to project deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in multi-tasking and coordinating parallel deadlines.
- High level of candidate/customer service and strong professional communication skills.
- This position is located onsite 5 days a week at our HQ in San Francisco.
