What you will do

• Support recruiters with interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Manage recruiting operations including job creation, posting, and tracking in Workday and Greenhouse
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Facilitate partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and coordinators ensuring thoroughness and timely follow-up
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and recruitment projects

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 1+ year experience in recruiting or similar coordinator role
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Greenhouse; Workday and GoodTime are a plus
• Proficiency with Google Applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Team player with problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
