What you will do
- Support the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process.
- Schedule interviews and act as a liaison between candidates and interviewers.
- Host all onsite interviews at Lehi HQ and manage candidate communication.
- Assist in developing and updating recruiting procedures and processes.
- Support HR Operations with administrative tasks like HRIS data entry and maintaining personnel files.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in a professional environment, ideally in recruiting/office coordinating or administrative support.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively and independently.
- Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency.
- Interest in building a career in recruiting or people operations.
