TL;DR

Senior Manager, SMB Sales: Driving strategy, execution, and performance across the SMB segment in North America, leading sales managers and account executives to deliver exceptional revenue growth. Focus on setting strategic direction, coaching people leaders, and strengthening cross-functional alignment across GTM functions.

Location: Initially remote, transitioning to in-office in Austin, TX (3-5 days/week)

Salary: $121,000–$163,000 USD (base salary) + commission-eligible

What you will do

  • Define and drive the SMB Sales strategy for the assigned territory, setting clear annual and quarterly expectations.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor Sales Managers to strengthen leadership capability, performance management, and team health.
  • Build and maintain a predictable, data-driven SMB sales motion with disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Implement scalable processes, operational cadences, and inspection frameworks to ensure rigor across the sales organization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, SDR, Enablement, RevOps, and Customer Success to improve GTM execution and customer experience.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, psychological safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the SMB organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience, including 2+ years managing people leaders.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, scale high-performing SMB/Commercial sales teams, and set measurable strategy.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and deep understanding of SMB sales motions (inbound, outbound, partner-led).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-maker with experience coaching and developing managers.
  • Must work from hirify.global’s Austin location on a full-time basis (3-5 days/week).

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity experience.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global or similar security and productivity tools.
