Salary: $160,000–$190,000 USD

What you will do

• Evolve how agents are created, managed, and orchestrated in the product
• Pioneer novel AI interaction paradigms beyond traditional chat interfaces
• Design holistically across product and end-to-end user journeys
• Balance intuition with user feedback and data to inform design
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, sales, C-Suite, marketing, and engagement teams
• Mentor and elevate the design team’s capabilities

Requirements

• Must be onsite in New York City or San Francisco, CA, United States
• 6+ years experience, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments
• Experience working with AI and/or finance
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced work
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
