What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure data architectures and pipelines for multiple data sources and formats
• Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide optimized solutions
• Implement data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Provide guidance on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems
• Coach and mentor junior Data Engineers

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years experience as Data Engineer with at least 2 years as data architect
• Expertise in ETL, Data Lake, data warehousing, SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, Azure SQL, and Databricks
• Good programming skills in R, Python, or Scala
• Experience with CI/CD workflows, preferably Azure DevOps and git
• Very good verbal and written English
• Work location restricted to Germany
