What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers, overseeing coaching, performance development, and salary reviews.
  • Drive long-term customer growth and satisfaction by supporting the team in upsell discussions and renewals.
  • Review and challenge the team’s sales pipeline weekly, ensuring accuracy and alignment with MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support in customer meetings for key accounts.
  • Manage a selected portfolio of strategic accounts directly.
  • Drive strategic initiatives across the business, influencing areas such as pricing, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Solid experience from the SaaS industry, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience, including responsibilities such as coaching and performance development.
  • Hands-on experience with complex sales and contract negotiations.
  • Experience with value-based selling frameworks, ideally MEDDPICC.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce or CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital retail ecosystems or Retail Media.
