What you will do
- Lead customers through a structured onboarding process, hands-on guidance, and strategic account reviews.
- Set up and customize the hirify.global environment, including product assortments, budgets, SSO, and User Directory integrations.
- Integrate critical systems and workflows, supporting API setup, automations, and order flow optimization.
- Empower HR and IT teams with streamlined onboarding/offboarding flows.
- Offer proactive guidance, tailored plans, and best-practice education to maximize long-term value and feature adoption.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication and advisory skills in English and either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or IT Operations.
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and solving business problems.
- Strong understanding of IT workflows, security, compliance, asset management, and automation.
