What you will do
- Achieve sales goals and targets for assigned territory on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Develop a sales strategy and regional plan to leverage hirify.global partners for deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans that drive revenue growth and pipeline.
- Take a consultative approach with customers, understanding challenges and positioning hirify.global solutions.
- Qualify prospects, develop new sales opportunities, and ensure ongoing revenue growth.
- Manage the sales process and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction through account management.
Requirements
- New business sales focus required.
- Previous sales experience gained within software or solution sales organizations.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- Willingness to Travel.
