What you will do
- Proactively prospect assigned accounts to create new opportunities through outbound strategies and creative engagement techniques.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and solution presentations to contract signing.
- Engage with key stakeholders across the organization, including C-suite executives.
- Deeply understand the hirify.global platform and how it drives measurable value for customers.
- Provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and market trends to inform go-to-market strategy.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quota and travel to prospect meetings and industry events as needed.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the US (Remote - North America).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience owning the full sales cycle and driving pipeline through outbound efforts.
