What you will do
- Own and prospect within a defined territory in New York City, spending most time in the field engaging business owners
- Conduct discovery, deliver tailored product demos, and manage deal negotiations to close new business
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and activity tracking using Salesforce and sales tools
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, product, and onboarding teams for smooth customer handoff
- Represent hirify.global at local events and build community presence in the NYC beauty and wellness industry
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City
- At least one year of full-cycle B2B software sales experience, ideally in SaaS
- Experience selling to beauty, aesthetics, or self-care businesses; Medspa experience is a strong plus
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and business acumen skills
- Comfortable engaging prospects in person, phone, and online with a high-energy, professional approach
