What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans to meet revenue targets.
- Drive sales in a defined territory covering State and Local government sectors.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions for hirify.global services.
- Manage contract negotiations and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years selling technical solutions to Public Sector (SLED, Federal, Municipalities).
- Experience managing longer, complex sales cycles.
- Basic understanding of computer networking and internet technologies.
- Aptitude for learning technical concepts; technical background is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Must be self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside and work preferably in Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky.
