What you will do

• Own key hiring initiatives for product, engineering, marketing, creative, finance, legal, operations, sales, and customer support teams.
• Balance individual contribution with team leadership responsibilities in talent acquisition.
• Develop creative strategies to secure top talent for critical business functions.
• Set up and track success metrics across candidate and interviewer journeys.
• Partner with leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and foster collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition, including hiring for specialist roles.
• Experience designing or executing global and remote talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
• Self-learner with motivation to grow into complex hiring.
• Empathetic team player with a sense of urgency.
• English proficiency required; CVs must be in English.
