What you will do

• Source and recruit candidates internationally, focusing on commercial and sales roles.
• Screen CVs, assess skills and behaviors, and conduct interviews using reliable methods.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process ensuring a positive experience.
• Manage candidate engagement and negotiate offers.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across teams.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the system (Greenhouse).

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Porto, Portugal with hybrid work (4 days onsite).
• Proven experience in agency or in-house talent acquisition, especially sales recruitment internationally.
• Experience recruiting in EMEA and preferably within financial services.
• English fluency (verbal and written) is essential.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and service-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Additional languages such as Portuguese or Spanish.
