hirify.global is a Ukrainian-based game development company specializing in co-development, porting, and end-to-end art production for the global gaming industry.

What you will do

• Proactively source candidates across game development disciplines (Art, Design, Production, QA, Tech Art, etc.).
• Build and maintain deep talent pipelines through LinkedIn, ArtStation, and industry communities.
• Conduct pre-screen interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structures, and project needs.
• Run full end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: intake, sourcing, interviews, alignment meetings, offers, and closing.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years experience in Talent Sourcing or as a Recruiter in the games industry.
• Strong ability to identify, engage, and assess game development talent across multiple disciplines.
• Experience conducting structured screening interviews and managing multiple roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing tools and Boolean search.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
