What you will do

  • Define and execute the website roadmap for hirify.global.com and claap.io.
  • Manage day-to-day updates, launches, improvements, and quality assurance for websites.
  • Own the CMS (Storyblok) and build localization workflows for web content.
  • Run ongoing experiments to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Build new pages directly in the CMS and ensure consistent brand experience across all web properties.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth, Design, and Engineering to align the roadmap and ship projects.

Requirements

  • Come from a background in Growth (CRO, experimentation), Product Marketing, Website/Delivery/Web project management, or Growth engineering.
  • Possess a product-oriented, messaging-driven, experiment-driven, and conversion-aware mindset.
  • Be technically proficient with CMS and component fluency (no coding required).
  • Exhibit a design-aware, detail-oriented, autonomous, and organized approach.
  • Fluent in English.
