TL;DR

Performance Marketing Intern (German Speaker): Driving targeted traffic and maximizing ROI for the website and app through designing and executing user acquisition campaigns with an accent on affiliate partner management and promotional material creation. Focus on optimizing partner performance, ensuring consistent messaging across teams, and supporting affiliate partner daily operations.

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid: 2 remote days/week, 1 remote week/quarter)

Compensation: €1,200–€1,400 per month

What you will do

  • Analyze affiliate partner performance and suggest improvements.
  • Manage a portfolio of affiliate partners and ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Support in creating promotional materials with the internal studio.
  • Communicate with partners to align on marketing plans and track their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain messaging consistency.
  • Assist the affiliate partner team with daily operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English (Mandatory).
  • Good networking and business development skills.
  • Familiarity with fundamental marketing and media principles.
  • Interest in customer acquisition and paid advertising.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Interest in learning with a growth mindset.
