What you will do

  • Own campaign optimization and scaling by continuously improving performance through bidding, budget, and targeting adjustments.
  • Optimize targeting, creatives, marketing messages, spend, bids, and budget allocation with a strong ROI focus.
  • Analyze performance data regularly to identify insights, opportunities, and next testing steps.
  • Contribute to the high-level UA strategy, testing roadmap, channel mix suggestions, and growth opportunities.
  • Define and manage user acquisition campaigns across various mobile ad networks.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and internal creative teams to manage and optimize UA creatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in online or mobile marketing, specifically in User Acquisition.
  • Good mix of analytical and creative thinking with a strong data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Strong creative sensitivity for UA and ability to write clear creative briefs.
  • Understanding of the Free-to-Play (F2P) model, mobile gaming KPIs, and the mobile ad tech ecosystem.
  • Proven expertise with major UA platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok ads, Unity, Applovin, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of tracking systems (MMPs like AppsFlyer/Adjust) and attribution modeling.
  • Ability to deliver performance in a demanding environment and execute projects across various networks.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
