What you will do

• Create, manage, and optimize online ad campaigns on channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Create and optimize landing pages.
• Test and scale new paid channels.
• Improve the website through Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
• Track, measure, and analyze all projects for future learnings and optimization.
• Ensure all technical aspects of marketing campaigns are properly configured and optimized.

Requirements

• Native German speaking and fluent in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar growth marketing role.
• Understanding of the nature of B2B (SaaS) marketing.
• Experience with website CRO and the willingness to grow in this domain.
• Proficiency with key online ad channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Ability to write ad copy that encourages clicks and conversions.
• Autonomous and tech-savvy.
• Valid EU visa or nationality is required.
