What you will do
- Own the end-to-end B2B growth strategy for hirify.global VPN, identifying high-impact levers and defining KPIs.
- Execute scalable, data-driven campaigns to drive qualified leads and self-serve subscriptions.
- Design full-funnel marketing programs, including paid acquisition, SEO, and CRO.
- Build outbound campaigns from the ground up in collaboration with Sales.
- Develop a content strategy to position hirify.global as a trusted authority in online security and privacy for businesses.
- Define and track key marketing performance indicators, building the analytics stack with the Data team.
Requirements
- 2–10 years of experience in a fast-growing B2B environment, specifically in marketing/growth or a strategic role.
- Hands-on approach, leading from the front.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Cost-efficient mindset, suitable for a bootstrapped startup environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 core days in office (London, Paris, Geneva, or Barcelona).
- English: B2 required.
