Focus on identifying high-impact growth levers, executing scalable data-driven campaigns, and building inbound/outbound programs.

Location: Hybrid, with 3 core days in office in London, Paris, Geneva, or Barcelona. Working from home up to 30% of the time.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end B2B growth strategy for hirify.global VPN, identifying high-impact levers and defining KPIs.
  • Execute scalable, data-driven campaigns to drive qualified leads and self-serve subscriptions.
  • Design full-funnel marketing programs, including paid acquisition, SEO, and CRO.
  • Build outbound campaigns from the ground up in collaboration with Sales.
  • Develop a content strategy to position hirify.global as a trusted authority in online security and privacy for businesses.
  • Define and track key marketing performance indicators, building the analytics stack with the Data team.

Requirements

  • 2–10 years of experience in a fast-growing B2B environment, specifically in marketing/growth or a strategic role.
  • Hands-on approach, leading from the front.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Cost-efficient mindset, suitable for a bootstrapped startup environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 core days in office (London, Paris, Geneva, or Barcelona).
  • English: B2 required.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of driving revenue through outbound sales.
  • Experience building teams and processes from scratch.
