What you will do

• Capture and analyze requirements, provide technical guidance, and create implementation concepts.
• Prepare specifications and define structured task packages.
• Create and maintain project and technical documentation.
• Manage and lead software projects throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate users and developers during software implementation and participate in testing and validation.
• Support transition of software into production and coordinate IT processes across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in project and process management for 3+ years.
• Completed studies in computer science, IT, or comparable qualification.
• Organizational talent and broad understanding of service and service processes.
• User knowledge of relational database systems and SQL.
• Openness to high IT compliance requirements.
• English level: from Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above.
• German level: from Advanced and above.
