What you will do

• Lead and manage international projects from strategy to execution in service excellence and demand management
• Drive digitalization roadmaps, IT solution rollouts, and change management initiatives
• Act as liaison between business and IT, gathering requirements and defining user stories
• Develop and manage business cases, moderate workshops, and engage stakeholders
• Coordinate sunsetting of legacy IT systems aligned with architectural visions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries and continents

Requirements

• Fluent English is mandatory; German and/or French is a strong advantage
• Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Proven experience in project management, demand management, and process optimization
• Skilled in managing complex IT rollouts and leading cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong international and cross-cultural awareness

• Background in field service or industrial inspection
