What you will do

• Lead technical and commercial discussions with global retailers during sales to identify customer needs and support product test projects.
• Evaluate customer infrastructure, POS integration, and compliance to determine pilot readiness.
• Manage customer projects end-to-end to enable testing and rollout of AI products in retail stores.
• Design interfaces and document customer requirements, transmitting product feature requests for standardization.
• Define and produce project KPIs and reporting, ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather structured customer feedback and communicate it to AI and product teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Fluent English is mandatory; professional German is a strong advantage.
• Several years of experience in consulting or project management with technical and commercial components.
• Hands-on experience with solution implementation, ideally in AI or retail contexts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and international fairs.
• Solid IT knowledge, familiarity with POS systems and retail IT/network infrastructure is advantageous.
